Following the closure of the site and the outsourcing of production and logistics to a 3PL service provider, Mr. Wiegand successfully took on responsibility for realigning sales and order processing, thereby laying the foundation for effective collaboration. He also guided the export team’s transition from the closed site, via a shared office, to the new location, ensuring a structured and smooth process. In doing so, he specifically fostered team cohesion while maintaining the division’s high performance level. Furthermore, he used all available levers to increase production volume and optimize sales.
