Looking at the big picture, I have faced new challenges throughout my career: different fields of technology and tasks, new international production environments, small and large business units – constant change that required me to be highly flexible and adapt quickly to achieve the goals set and further develop the business.

Many of the roles and tasks I was responsible for did not exist before. I built things up, created structures, led and guided teams. I set the course for the future and managed change to create sustainable value. I initiated and led projects and, together with my teams, successfully delivered them.
